As a summary to a consultation, Audge By Design prepared this concept plan for the Hayes residence in the Lake Padden area of Bellingham.  The home is a blend of modern elements with a white farmhouse feel, so the concept design sets the foundation for a simple design with modern edges and loose native plantings to create screening and privacy.
