In a suburban home overlooking a detention pond, with nothing but a bare yard, a small slab of concrete and a need for livable space for both them and their pet, the Halls hired Audge By Design to create a fast-paced schematic plan to inspire the future of their outdoor living space. The design extends the small patio and resurfaces the concrete with modern patio tiles, maximizes the “cozy” factor by extending a pergola out from a sheltered nook, and creates a seamless transition between lawn and pavers, all while screening an ample dog kennel fit snuggly within the property’s outer corner.
